Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website vivowineclub.com, the creation and management of the personal account, subscription to the events list and newsletter, and any purchase of tickets for events organized by VIVO WINE CLUB.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the website or creating an account, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as the Association's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Access requirements

Membership in the Association and access to certain services (e.g. events involving wine tasting) are reserved for adults. By creating an account, the user declares to be at least 18 years old.

4. Personal account

• ·The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through their account;
• ·The user agrees to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information when registering;
• ·The Association reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the Association's Charter of Values and Code of Conduct.

5. Events list and newsletter subscription

Users may subscribe to the events list to receive communications about events organized by the Association, including targeted communications based on their geographic area, and/or to the newsletter to receive informational and promotional communications. Subscription to each list is independent and may be withdrawn independently at any time.

6. Ticket purchases for events

• ·Tickets purchased through the website are personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise indicated;
• ·Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes;
• ·Refund or cancellation terms will be specified at the time of purchase for each event;
• ·The Association reserves the right to change the date, location, or cancel an event due to force majeure, offering purchasers a refund or participation in an equivalent event.

7. User-generated content and photographic/video material

During events organized by the Association, photographs and video recordings of participants may be collected and published on the website or on official social media channels upon specific consent, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Users who upload content to the personal account area (where available) warrant that they hold the necessary rights and that such content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. User conduct

Users agree to use the website and participate in the Association's events in compliance with VIVO WINE CLUB's Charter of Values and Code of Conduct, avoiding offensive, discriminatory or dignity-infringing behavior.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, logos, images, the VIVO WINE CLUB trademark) is owned by the Association or used under license, and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Association is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or participation in events, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Participation in tastings and events involving alcohol consumption is subject to the principles of responsible drinking set out in the Association's Charter of Values.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Association reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website with an indication of the update date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's forum, where applicable, or the courts of Storo (TN), Italy (Via Conti Lodron 62, 38089 Storo).
